Welcome to soulmeetvivah.com, a wholly owned subsidiary of SoulMeet Vivah, which, unless excluded or contradicted by the subject matter or context, includes its subsidiaries, successors, agents and assigns (hereinafter referred to as Service Providers). soulmeetvivah.com means and includes the online platform, website, mobile applications, blog and social media accounts operated by Service Provider from time to time solely in connection with the Marriage Service.

All payments for services related to soulmeetvivah.com shall be made in the name of “SoulMeet Vivah”.

Payments for services provided by soulmeetvivah.com are made on a 100% prepayment basis.

The MEMBERSHIP FEES IS NOT REFUNDABLE under any circumstances. Please read the Payment Policy carefully. All the payment will be handled as per this Payment Policy.

1. Methods of payment

You can pay by using your Credit / Debit card / Net Banking/ UPI through our secure payment gateway of “Instamojo”.

Users can make payment by direct deposit and bank transfer. Bank Deposit (Cash Deposit / NEFT / RTGS / IMPS)

Please notify the Service Provider after the transfer with the details of the amount, the deposit point and the service for which you have paid. The service provider will verify the payment and activate your selected plan accordingly.

You can pay with all major international credit and debit cards. Your bank may also charge a fixed transaction fee for debit/credit card usage. Some country payments are displayed in local currency or USD.

3. Security when using online payment gateways

Every payment transaction is secure. All payments are processed through the highly secure Payment Gateway.

soulmeetvivah.com does not collect or store any payment-related data (credit/debit card and account information). We redirect you to the secure site of our payment gateway partners so that you can enter your sensitive payment data directly on the interface provided by them.

4. Activation of the package

For online credit card, debit card and net banking payments, the account/membership plan will ideally be activated within 24-48 hours.

If you use a cheque/ draft/cash deposited, the account/membership will be activated within 48 hours after payment is received in the service provider’s account.

On holidays/national/bank holidays or in case of any technical problems with payment approval, activation may take a little longer.

5. Refund Policies

Membership services offered by soulmeetvivah.com shall be on a 100% advance and non-refundable basis. The membership payment once paid by the subscriber is not refundable.
